We are usually open for business 7 days a week, Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm, and weekends 10am to 3pm. We’ll sometimes respond to your requests out of these hours, but we are human and do need our downtime as well.
Customer support is what we pride ourselves on. There’s many ways that we can help you when you need it, either on the phone, on-site or remotely. Some problems don’t need us to be there, so for that we typically use a great bit of software called Teamviewer.
